Maritime Alpha Flow
As shifting trade policies and volatile economic conditions cause uncertainty to mount in global trade, I wanted to collect data that can help tie down the value of different financial instruments related to maritime trade. This project contains a full end-to-end data pipeline with automated batch collections and a PostgreSQL database hosted on an AWS VM. Additionally, I created a dashboard to visualize the collected data and explore its relation to various financial instruments.

StrAIn is a web application that utilizes computer vision and gradient boosted trees to analyze workout videos and estimate the forces acting on joints. By leveraging pose estimation and biomechanical heuristics, this project provides visual and textual feedback on potential injury risks and load management.

Words That Unite The World: A Unified Framework for Deciphering Central Bank Communications Globally
Role: Additional Contributor
Key Responsibilities:
- Created annotation guides for various central bank documents to outline sentence classification in three ways: Stance Detection (hawkish, dovish, or neutral), Temporal Classification (forward looking or not forward looking), and Uncertainty Estimation (certain or uncertain).
- Annotated 1000 sentences based on annotation guides for different banks.
- Conducted annotation disagreement resolution to resolve any conflicting annotations with other annotators.
